Rachel is correct. If you are within Columbus City limits, it would most likely be Columbus Public Health. If it is outside of city limits, but still within Franklin County, it would.be Franklin County Public Health. If you are not referring to a location within either of those two areas, contact the city or county where located. The Ohio Department of Health does have a local health department finder on their website.

You can report your illness to with Columbus Public Health or Franklin County Public Health (check their websites) and they can assess the situation and whether action is needed.
