Right! I’ve been calling for three days and always wait over 10 minutes!
And @Kent Fletcher, to this day... One Full Year Later, noting has changed. They may as well not even have a phone number listed for potential customers to call. As you are correct, they will let it ring and ring and ring -- I've even had them pick up the headset and hang it up on me just to get the phone to stop ringing! So, rather than talk to a potential customer, they'd rather just pick up the phone and hang up to disconnect the call. So, what did I do?... You're damn right, continued to call until someone picked up the phone. Now, if was Lowes Security, after-all; but I did get to speak with someone and got my questions answered (took all of 45 seconds). How crazy is that?!
That wouldn't require employees being scheduled and having management have the employees stay at their Station instead of constantly moving around the floor working and probably robbing the people with knowledge around to help
Call the main Lowes 800 number
Simply just an act of Congress
It's the same everywhere. Not just Lowes & Home Depot
Don't feel like The Lone Ranger. I had the same problem with a Home Depot in Rock Hill South Carolina.
