All employees had Great service and great patience with rude and impatient customers. Jay was especially very respectful and helpful when other employees were busy! Very much the best Waffle House I have been too I’m awhile!

Even with a Saturday morning rush my Daughter and I had great food in under 15 minutes. Wait staff was very kind and fast! Definitely earned a return trip and possibly a Saturday routine!

Ever since COVID 19 hit it's been a hit & miss at this waffle house. Meaning sometimes you go & they aren't open other times they would be open but not taking any orders. If you were lucky enough to get there when they are open & taking orders then the employees definitely had an attitude & would make you wait longer for a to go. But now they have hired a new cook/manager. He seems to be the only one that cares about working. He usually gets stuck being the only one in there the majority of the time so he does everything by himself. When he works the food is awesome he's the best employee this location has ever had. He definitely deserves more money he never has an attitude even when he's overwhelmed, & he's never messed up our order. I would suggest getting more people like him to work there.
