My apartment won't turn on the air conditioner till their ready. I live on the 8 floor and it gets awfully hot in here. I have COPD bad and can't breath well at all. It's scary not being able to breathe.
I have turned my receipts in for my service dog and am now being told some of them are not acceptable because they aren't specific enough as to what the item is. Not every recipe has a description as to dog, cat, or pet and for storage purposes we cannot save every tag, sticker, cardboard wrapper, etc. How can this be rectified
