Dr. Brar is out until fall I went for a checkup and get my prescriptions refilled and made an appointment with Dr. Viola-Suzette, she had the wrong patience Info pulled up it was like she was being sarcastic saying this patient would be made if I notated her as a diabetic, like this is an issue she only sent over one prescription I felt very uncomfortable detached to what she was saying I felt like she was judging me because I’m African American and over weight

I am little upset at them I am long time patient. I had called them since I am having issues from mental issues since my cousin passed away and my mom is terminal if me doctor can give me FLMA if I need to have time off do my mental health and will not lose my job. I have not recieved a called back. Informing me of a if will do it or will not do it or I need to make an appointment or what. This very poor patient relations. I made the call on Thursday and it is now Tuesday. Not very happy.

I made an appointment online to see Dr. Suzette Viola. My husband seen her and liked her so i gave her a shot. I got brought back to the room at my appointment time. She came in once to grab something said she would be right back. 30 mins in she came back in with a nurse practitioner and asked if it would be okay if she got it started, i had no issue. She said she would be back in 5 mins. Another 15 mins later (now at 42 mins) i peeked my head out of the room the nurse practitioner said she should be back in soon. i turned and walked back into my room, mumbling yea because i had all day to wait. Then 3 mins later she came back in with the Doctor. She says so you are tired of waiting? " I Said yea, my appointment was at 4 its almost 5 now...."Im sorry this is not fast enough for you, there are people who are actually sick that are ahead of you. We can continue with this if you would like or not. Sounding very sarcastic the whole time. Mind you, I wasn't rude, just tired of waiting for almost an hour, I understand it takes time to get through everyone. But she had time to come in my room, she had time to mention if i was going to be waiting a while. After she looked over my leg, which she didn't take serious and I can't take her diagnosis serious because of how rude she was being. She made some snarky comment again, and I said thank you for the rudeness and walked out. she had to reason to treat or speak to me like that. I wasn't being rude, nor did i say anything rude, she said I was tired of waiting its been an hour.
