Serious issues with billing - I specifically advised my insurance only covers the preventative items; but now owe almost $400 for lab work I never asked for or needed. Because the insurance coverage was such a sensitive issue, this was communicated time and time again, directly with the doctor and directly with the office. But low and behold, every communication was ignored and they did exactly what I asked them not to do. I just wanted a preventative visit that would be covered 100% and now have to pay $400. Now it will be a long and painful process to resolve this bill. My recommendation would be to avoid at all costs, and if not possible, to request to see what they will process / bill for - BEFORE the service is administered. -- Honestly, just go to another facility altogether. There is a huge loss of trust, a serious problem with communication, and a general sense of sleazy workmanship and money grab with this particular office.
