Yes. I have a close family member that lives in the building, and she is happy with the size of her 1BR/BA unit with its personal balcony. She's also pleased that she's paying less rent there than her previous market-rate apartment. You'll have to be patient, though, because there's typically waitlist. Hope this helps.
