If you see your order is messed and you return it to store. If one or two wings or fries are missing you don't get all your money back.

This is a trend with this place. They laugh in the background are totally unprofessional. The manager says he'll handle it.. yet, it continually happens. He did offer to give a discount but 🙄

Didn't offer me neither the first time the second time it happened I called and talked to the owner and he made the order right but I still end up waiting like 3 hours from the initial order and and I called the store while the delivery guy was standing there

Did they offer to make the order right or did you just want a refund
