We arrived late to Charlotte for a trip and were trying to get some late night food. We saw that Wing Zone was open until 1 am. We walked in at 12:15 and were screamed at being told “WE’RE CLOSED” and then they immediately locked the doors behind us. We saw 5 other people try to go in as well after us.

My food was hot delicious and Safely sealed from from delivery. The funnel cake fries are absolutely delicious and my cheeseburger was cooked just right. Thank you guys. Oh and those wedge fries are fire too.

This is the second time I ordered food and it came with no sauce. This is the last time I will eat with wing zone. I know I don't matter it's only one customer. Called the store and they really couldn't offer me no resolution other than get a refund or bring it in and they will fix it. Working late and couldn't go to the store. This tells me the orders are not being checked when you get a delivery. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone. Smh. Poor service and no more service from me.

The wings were expensive and did not have much meat on them. The girl working was a little strange but not mean. Not worth the price for what you get. Mellow Mushroom has better Thai Chili wings. Here, I feel like I just paid for skin and bone.
