Then you got lucky. 45 minutes to wait to be seated here is NORMAL. Maybe do some research before going somewhere you've never been, especially with elderly folks.
I'm sorry, but did you say you called, they said they weren't busy and then you drove 1 hour to get there and still expected it to not be busy?!?!? I mean, well, you solved your issue!! What? Did you expect them to not let any more people in until you had arrived?🤣😂 I'm so confused!!
Agreed with jamie lynn, on Saturdays and Sundays the restaurant can get very busy, an hour wait is seemingly normal for just about any other restaurant no? Google allows people to see the busy times of restaurants and such when you search for the restaurant. I suggest you use this tool more when planning group dinners and activities.
I went for dinner during the week with my boyfriend, we waited about 45mins as well, but enjoyed the gift shop. Meal was delicious and worth the wait
Its part of the experience... great gift shop..... everyone knows about the wait after the first time. In my opinion worth the wait
I found the best time to go is just alittle after they open
The earlier the better, but you can have drinks and/or visit the gift shop while you wait. I've waited over two hours, but still worth it.
We go Sundays around 1:00 and usually don't wait more than 5-10 minutes
Always packed
Yes you have to go when they open after that yes about an hour wait
Yes, you have to go right when they open or you will end up waiting. They do take reservations though.
And they were busy an hour later...
