They don't do phone appointments anymore, they said website only. But cant find the web site and I live in sullivan
They usually pick up phones. First and foremost your primary residence must be in Sullivan County, if not they won't give you an appointment, proof of residence the will ask for a DMV ID.. they won't accept others
