Disappointed and a bit at a loss for words. I just bought a multi-family (the previous owner purchased his oil from CES) and I opened an account to do the same. I called to schedule a furnace tune-up but was denied because I hadn't purchased oil yet. (?) Yes, that's because I just bought it and don't need oil yet. The previous owner used CES and I planned to as well. I don't need oil yet, should I be forced to fill a tank before getting the furnace serviced? What sense does that make? I use CES for oil at another location and recently had them out for a propane quote on a different property. So clearly I would consider myself a customer. When companies prioritize "policy" instead of customer service, it's time to move on. Apparently common sense isn't so common anymore.

Shain did a great job hooking up our new propane stove. He was a pleasure to have in our home and our dogs and our cat approved of him too. We would definitely request him in the future if we needed help I with our service.

I only have a small portable heater and don’t use much propane. This year especially sidetracked and not paying attention to usage I didn’t keep a close eye on my gauge. Seems I didn’t use enough propane to meet my minimum and received an invoice from Combined for $126.14 for this oversight. They don’t waive this fee. They don’t have much compassion about taking money for nothing because it’s there “rule”. I was preoccupied this winter. I was diagnosed with cancer in several places. Not curable but we can try to contain it. I have treatment daily and see doc once a month. My husband was put in a nursing home due to onset dementia and other health issues. He’s in no position to be my emotional support so I’m dealing will all on my own. I had to pay for 4 days of his stay when his insurance ran out for $3000 and $2000 for the transport to move him to another location 2 hours away. In between all of this we had two snow storms I had to contend with and try to keep it warm. I will pay Combined their $126.14 for absolutely nothing but it’s a shame that they have to take money from someone who is in need because I was 16 days late to get a delivery to cover my minimum. Get your propane but don’t look for compassion.

Brian O and Roy were extremely knowledgeable and professional during our entire experience. Our water heater failed and they were able to comeback the next day to put a new one in. They were fast and very thorough at the same time! Thank you gentlemen for taking great care of us!

Yes, through our mobile app, you can order fuel oil. The CES App was already great for mobile account management. We just added another convenient process that you can do from your phone: Order home heating oil or kerosene. If you are a will call customer (meaning you call CES when your tank reading is at 30% tank), you can now process that order on our mobile app without calling the office. Log into your CES account on your Apple or android phone. Don’t have the app? You can get it from the App Store for Apple Products or Google Play for Android. You can also visit our blog post and download it directly from there: bit.ly/CESAppUpdated Please note at this time you can not order propane through the app.
YES! We take Visa, Mastercard & Discover. We do not take American Express.
Thanks for reaching out Patrick. Please contact our office at 800-874-1975 and ask to discuss your needs with a sales person. They can determine your usage and give you the best price per gallon.
Joseph - unfortunately heating oil has gone up terribly, especially over the last couple weeks. Heating oil is basically diesel fuel without all the added road taxes. We have zero idea where the market is going but we figure something has to give - like the President changing directions to make America energy leaders / independent again. Pressure is on to open federal lands for drilling, to allow construction of pipelines and to l allow investment in petroleum companies as the USA turned from at the Fall's G20 Summit. Consumers are getting clobbered so we all HOPE there will be a change in direction and prices will drop.
