You can as long as you stay with your child. Some kids can be aggressive getting in and out of rides
It has a good area in the center for crawlers. It just depends on what time of the day, you would want a quiet time so your child and their playmates have more free space.

Most of the stuff will be for older kids but they have a small area for that age group. I would recommend waiting another couple of years.
