If I can give zero or minus it is better for DCH Paramus Honda Service ! I have 2017 Honda CRV , 09/16/2022 been for ignition comes on and on its own dasboard and keyless start problem. This day I wait 5 hours after they decide to change window master switch and taken (186.59 usd )for service and ordered master switch(215.00 usd) . 09/17/2022 I again go service and wait for fix after 4 hours Service advisor start words -I have bad news ,your car need Body Control Module and now we need to give order and it will be 935.89 usd. They are really look like joke ! They are super clever first day not understand , second day understand everything !! So I never again buy Honda and never go again Honda Service . This car 2017 and start much problem , So 9 hours wait for nothing and pay 185.59 for nothing .If you have much time for wait nothing ,you can go Paramus Honda , Their five star

We can certainly replace a battery and perform an oil change if you arive by 7:30 PM, but we accommodate appointments first so we always recommend scheduling an appointment beforehand

The place is surprisingly good. Its the people who seem to try and help out. There are a couple of associates who will send you to someone else but the majority are nice. Again surprisingly.
The maintenance department is directly across the street. If anything go in the main entrance and the will direct you.
