I don't typically leave reviews for grocery stores because they are usually pretty constant and you know what to expect, but I definitely want to say my short shopping experience in here was fantastic. We were in town on vacation and needed to pick up a few basics and had two different employees go out of there way to strike up a friendly conversation and talk about the area. Genuine conversation too not just cordial small talk, but actual interaction that made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. It was very refreshing to have kind-old school conversation that doesn't happen often these days. Will definitely be back for all our supplies this weekend and definitely appreciate the employees professionalism.

Albertson has a great selection of products at a reasonable price along with great sales. They somehow managed to always keep their shelves stocked when others couldn't.

I just learned that we have an Albertson in Ashland and I love it! The staff go out of their way to help find what you need and they do it with a smile. You know they really mean it. I am wheelchair bound and the staff escorted me all through the store until I finished my shopping. Five stars plus!

Today's shopping experience at Albertson's was excellent! The employees were all on point and very pleasant. The store absolutely gleamed. Everything in the deli was fresh, looked great, and even the serving spoons were placed in a way that totally pleased the OCD in this customer. Yes!!!
