Pretty room and a more formal dining spot than usual for laidback Ashland. Good food, complex, vaguely French and New American menu with a lot of entrees with a lot of sauces. Very tasty array of greens, cheese, veggies and meats from local farms. Great service, good for date night. Yes to outdoors dining but sidewalk tables outside seemed noisy.

The staff is great, attentive without being bothersome, helpful, and polite. The food was amazing, the best clams I've ever had. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, paired with a good cocktail made for the perfect combination.

We had room service at the hotel. Lark's Meatloaf, soup, and a bottle. The meatloaf was dense and tasted old and lacked any sort of visual or flavor appeal. Everything else was basic except the Pinot and soup (was really chili). We were excited for this meal after reading about the restaurant and chef but it was embarrassingly disappointing and wasteful. The hotel was incredible, though!

Excellent in every way. Very accommodating, exceptional service, great ambiance but more for an older crowd. The ambiance is not so much a millennial crowd but still very nice.
