This dealership has terrible customer service. They will not take you series until you show up in a Brand new BMW. They’ll ignore you and give bad customer service. They will not go over policy’s regarding your vehicle until after the cars already paid for. Then completely change their attitudes. This Mercedes only cares about your money. If you want good customer service I suggest going else where.

Andrew is amazing! Friendly and funny! He made us feel so welcomed and made the process of trading in our 2018 GLE 43 four door coupe and driving out with our 2022 GLE 350 SO easy!! The code is in the owner's manual for your car. If you don't have the owner's manual then bring your registration to the dealer with your license and identification they look up the code.
