If you go to the Milstein Building (address is 177 Fort Washington) just about a block and a half from the main emergency room there is 24 hour valet paid parking. There are also paid parking garages around but availability of space is unpredictable. Street parking is hit or miss but highly unlikely considering you’re trying to park around a very busy hospital and you need to pay close attention to the parking signs should you park along the street.
There is parking on the hospital premises however they charge you according to the legnth of time you spend there. Trying to find parking in the immediate area will be very difficult to find so you're better off paying for it in the long run. And minimum fee will cost about $15. Not cheap so come with a full wallet!
