You should call the floor and ask the nurse, upon delivery they are the ones that sign off and pick it up from the delivery guy
Im sorry as I never got a package. Im sure if you just call them your questions will be answered. Be sure to call the floor also, and may my prayers for a quick recovery br answered for you and the one in the hospital.
