Since there is a character limit, this place infuriates me every time we go. I am 100% against this establishment unless someone in our party suggest it. That being said, service is terriable, quality is terriable and overall experience is terriable.

Every time my husband and I go here we have never had a problem with anything and believe me if it was bad once I would never get him to go ever again. Now we go when it's not busy so maybe that's what others don't like the wait, or if there slammed maybe they can't give others the attention that they want. So unless people are willing to explain why they don't like it then I would look over their review. Sorry but anyone not willing to explain I look over their review because it does not help me want to go there or not go there works both ways.

I've ALWAYS had tremendous service and satisfaction with my food, servers and drinks. No complaints here, at all. Love the Hickory location.

Don't know about the one in Hickory but Statesville is awesome. Servers are great, polite and good at there job. Food is good to, never had any problems.
