Yes go directly to the site. You will need the permit and a licensed driver. If you didn't the 5 hour course online it should automatically be uploaded to the DMV depending on what company you took it through. Also know the person taking the road test will not know their results immediately. They will have to log in to a website after 6pm to get their result.
