We recently had a wood stove put in with Northstar and the process was easy and smooth. The owner Holly gave us a very accurate estimate over the phone without even seeing our property, her estimate was within a couple hundred dollars. Every other place we contacted would not provide an estimate without seeing our property and you were required to pay a fee first. She was very thorough in explaining the stoves and helping us narrow down what we needed. The two guys who came to do the install worked quickly and professionally. They also have a few different financing options that worked for us. We definitely would recommend them!

Called to schedule a service call and they were able to send someone over within a couple hours! They were able to diagnose the problem over the phone and the repairman (John) came, tested, then replaced the circulator pump in 30 minutes. the cost for the repair was well worth having our hot tub up and running so quickly. The wife and I will be enjoying a soak in a few hours when it heats up. Thanks again Northstar!
