The older lady who answered the phone was very rude, accusing me of calling several times already, when I didn't. That office needs to be revamped and needs new staff who truly know good customer service skills.

Went there to look at the fur babies they don’t even allow u have a connection with them, their rude, and the place was dirty. I really wonder if they care those fur babies probably.
