He's right, I moved from Florida to NY and just got a temp tag and one month of insurance and when I got to NY I went to DMV here.florida Will give him the registration money back less the days he used it and the same with the insurance.But the easiest way is to borrow there plates till getting to NY,then going to DMV and getting insurance and registration here.Just make sure the car Will pass inspection here because in Florida there are very different inspection tests, hope I was a help!
