The dmv is open by appointment ONLY. its a bit hard but you have to constantly continue callling untill you get thru. You have to consider everyone in the area is calling because they've been closed for awhile. The lines are constantly busy. Good luck!
All of orange county is calling because all other dmvs are closed literally took me 3 weeks to get through and make an appointment I had to call back and forth called newburgh dmv and Middletown dmv non stop as soon as u hang up call again it's annoying but stay positive you will get through eventually!!!
