There's a feral cat, has already Fathered a litter. His brothers and sisters continue to have litters. this one seems friendly. How do I go about getting him fixed ? Does it cost any-thing ? how long does it take ? How soon can it be done ??

You can go to the Shelter to get a trap to catch the cats. You must get them all fixed to end the vicious cycle of more kittens. The ones that are friendly can be kepot and put up for adoption. There is no charge for this. There are also Rescue Groups that can help. The Shelter can give you a list Hope thjis helps.
