Yes they do neuter dogs

No only if you adopt a dog.

Fairly positive that they do, but not under their TNR program. So it's a nominal amount of something like $50-100. They are SO GOOD with the work they do with neutering/spaying all the cats I've taken in over time.. NEVER an issue of any sort even once. And over ive brought in over a dozen so far

they spay neuter ferals that you take back to a colony , and cats and dogs you drop off for adoption . Someone here said they do pets for a fee , I don't think so but check anyway , they're very good .
