Will they take 3 kittens 12 weeks old that need to be adopted? Mother also needs low cost spaying (she got out and that's why the 3 kittens), we can't afford to care for 4 cats and need help. Thank you.

No, you will have to go to Hempstead animal shelter to turn them in.
