Do you know any eye glass places that I can get to answer a phone. I've tried 3 different times 3 different days and was on hold for 45mins each time. If we're that busy maybe you could hire someone as their are a lot of people out of work.

That's unfortunate that you aren't able to get somebody on the phone. We have been going to Visionworks in East Greenbush for years and have had little or no problems. We weren't able to go last year because of the pandemic and we couldn't get an appointment but we just went last week and everything was fine. We had to wait about a month to get the appointment but it wasn't that big of a deal and we did get to see an actual optometrist. I understand that it is difficult now but maybe your experience was a little out of the ordinary.

Don't go to empire visionworks in East greenbush I went there yesterday for an early morning appointment and sat for a good 2 hours and then they ended up telling me that they had issues with their computers so they couldn't get a doctor to connect so end of story I ended up leaving without an actual visit and was told I could either reschedule or wait there to possibly be seen when they fix the issue complete waste of my time
