Dress code seems to be business casual, as far as I know. I remember there being a notice that shorts and t-shirts weren't allowed, but I could be mistaken.
Shorts are permitted but only in the bar area where you can still get the full menu. Otherwise, smart casual/business casual is preferred but it is generally honored in the breach. Denim is fine.
