The bar has first come first serve seating in the lounge. The steak sandwich is served at all times in all waiting areas. Full menu is only available at bar stool seats and lounge tables. The dress code is slightly relaxed for the bar as well.

Yes you can as the bar also has a full menu, you will be surprised at what you can get once they are open, and you dont have to dress up as much at the bar. They are quite relaxed.
