Yes. If your dog is over 4 months old your dog needs a license. If you live in the City of Poughkeepsie, bring proof of your dog's up-to-date rabies vaccine to City Hall. If you live in the Town of Poughkeepsie, bring the above mentioned record to the Town of Poughkeepsie Clerk at Town Hall.
