They steal your money….. went in for a visit in April, the woman at the counter claimed “We can’t look up your insurance if you don’t have your card on you” (which is incorrect because anywhere else I have been they could easily pull it up) I paid $165 that day and was told to “take it up with my insurance company for repayment” after talking to my insurance company urgent care did not provide them with the correct billing code any of the 3 times I had to follow up to get it settled. Then once my insurance company was finally able to get the right code from them urgent care was supposed to refund my out of pocket payment. Every time I call the billing dept “someone will call me back later today” a month went by and I called again and left another message then a “manager” called me and said “oh I’ll have to look further in to this it’s in our old system I’ll call you back in an hour” that was 2 days ago….. still haven’t gotten my money back from a visit that they have now been double paid on 5 months ago…..Hoping someone can (or will even want to) help eventually Edit. Forgot to mention…. while I was there I witnessed the counter woman tell a patient that “if you need a covid test to travel its $165 out of pocket not covered by insurance but if you (and she air quoted with her fingers) “feel sick and need to test” then the insurance will cover it” so they are also screwing with covid numbers and charging insurance companies with false charges….

Made an appointment and they took me right on time. Both nurse and doctor were excellent and diagnosed me with acute bronchitis. Gave me prescription to pickup at local Rite Aide pharmacy. Highly recommend.

I brought my special needs son here for what I thought might be a broken toe.the first location had no xray tech so they called me in to be seen and I drove to this location.staff was super kind,nurse was very thorough and the xray tech was a patient gentleman who had a calm manner and let me assist my son so he wasn't scared.All around in and out in about an hour and thankfully was just a sprain. I would rather come here then be at Vassar for 8 hours which nothing against the hospital, but this was way quicker and more relaxed environment. Again thanks to the staff for being professional and helpful.

THEY TESTED ME AND MY FAMILY AFTER WE SAID WE WERE TESTED AND POSITIVE. THEN THEY HAVE US WAIT IN WAITING ROOM W ALL THE OTHER FOLKS. THEN THRY CONFIRM COVID PNUEMONIA WITHOUT A XRAY. NOW THE CDC, BOARD OF HEALTH ALL WANT PROOF OF PNUEMONIA BUT THEY WONT SAY WHY THE DIDNT TEST BUT SAID I HAVE EMPHYSEMA WHICH I DO NOT HAVE AT ALL. THEN TODAY A LITTLE SNIVELLING GOAT MAN DOCTOR SAID THEY DO NOT TREAT COVID. I SAID YOU DID, I HAVE THE RECEIPTS , AND THE SCRIPTS GIVEN TO ME. THEN HANGS UP. SOOO I CALLED KINGSTON AND THEY DIDNT DO SQUAT SO I CONTACTED ALBANY AND GAVE THAT GOAT DOCTOR A NICE REVIEW ON YOUR BOOKS FOR THE MEDICAL COMPLAINT BOARD.
