Technically no, but we were able to roll her wheelchair right up to the ramp which had handrails on both sides, plus the staff guided her the few steps. Once she got on the boat she was able to get back in the wheelchair. The restroom was small but she was able to use it with ease.
There are two ramps to get on the boat, and steps if you want to go to the upper deck. A lot of handicap people do make the cruise, but it is not fully wheelchair accessible.
