I been calling the past 20 minutes and my phone will ring several seconds then cuts off or Verizon came on and says the phone is temporarily out of order try in a few minutes. I had some one answer then my phone cut us off and I'm so sorry.

Unfortunately they only have 1 office line, so if they are on it with another patient the call will reroute to that message. They are trying to get Spectrum to fix the issue.

But that does happen a lot because they have a lot of connection problems we are in Polk county. LOL
