They have the expertise for any project or business assignments you may have that may require alterations in the proper format it requires. The knowledge of software and the capabilities they have will put the finishing touch to your business /personal stationery needs. Ben is in management. He helped us turn our project into a different format we could not do at home. His suggestions made sense and his computer knowledge put it into a professional look and proper format. Very impressed. Well done Mr.Ben! His understanding of what we wanted was greatly accomplished and appreciated. Well recommend and definitely will return to do business again with this establishment. I paid for this store to pack and ship an heirloom treasure to my son in Maine. Unfortunately they packed and sent a Shamu snowglobe. After 2 weeks of hell no refund, numerous trips, phone calls, and alot of emotional distress I got the package back. Requested a refund and they said we offered to reship the package no refund. Beware do not send be anything via pack and ship.as it never will be seen again. Worst customer service ever. Never sendanything thru their pack and ship program as it might never be seen agsin!
