What is your security for shoplifters and are you supposed to have on video the shoplifter take the things and does your security allow you to put your hands on the shoplifter

Why would you ask that? Planning something?

I'm pretty sure Bealls won't release any information about their security systems

The general rule is NO putting your hands on a shoplifter, no chasing a shoplifter especially out the store as you never what or who awaits you outside. Most stores have video, you'd be surprised at where cameras are hidden now.

You have to call the store directly for this type of information.
