They used to be wonderful but new managers came in and everything went downhill!
I had a similar experience when I tried Momoyaki a few months ago, which is s shame because we really liked the food. Server started out being attentive but then never came back to our table after our first order of sushi. Didn't come to ask if we needed more food, more drinks, no "how's everything?", nothing. I've had only one other dining experience where the service was that bad. I haven't been since.
I've never had that type of experience. Bummer.

It is unacceptable and should never have happened. If you would give us another chance we will strive to make it up to you!
