Very poor to-go service. 30 minutes late on pick up time on a slow Thursday, 3 pm. I cancelled & left after 30 min. I do not recommend that DOORDASHERS go here to pick up orders. It seems delivery is low priority.

Went here in my wife's birthday as it was our favorite Italian restaurant chain. But we had a terrible experience and they said they'd mail us reimbursement coupons. Never happened. Called back months later and they said they'd resend. Never happened. Done.

We had a party of 6 bday celebration and our waiter Andrew was phenomenal. He was very attentive, polite and professional. All the food from appetizers to our bday canolis was excellent. We'll definitely be back!
