It ebbs and flows I've seen people in sweats and people in formal wear - so either way for good - but the atmosphere is more business casual
I have seen jeans and t-shirts up to ballroom dresses and tuxedos
Jeans and a t-shirt are fine nothing too fancy
Not fancy, in fact, a group of college kids sitting behind us were wearing jeans and t shirts.
