Burke Lake offers a par 3 golf course and driving range--but not croquet. It also offers frisbee golf, fishing, hiking, train, carousel, etc. However, you could probably setup your own temporary croquet course in one of the park fields and break down when done.
I don't think so. I've been there a lot in the past and never saw any advertisement or heard any discussion about it.
