Early spring is the date for completion. You have thw ability to go look at thwm being built to get an idea of what it'll look like. There are a few dozen homes in the process of currently being built.
I was there today, nine models are currently open, 4 villas and 5 single family homes of various sizes and floor plans.
They r now completed for viewing

Feb 24 2018 is the announced date to see the first 9 model homes.
