I would like to know from people who purchased property and are living there what the feeling is. I meet a lot of potential buyers when I visit Margaritaville in Daytona but I cannot know what people do buy. Are there events open to the publc?

Hi Kevin, I have not moved in yet as my house is in panel 9. I am a member of the private FB group for owners. All I can say is I am so jealous, the residents are having a blast and none of the community facilities are built yet (January or February) The events are not open to the public. Thursday night is Tiki Thursday, everyone meets at the Tiki hut and hangs.

1st set of Amenites opened June 9th. They are for resident use only.
