Are any more communities being built in Florida since these are sold out?

Its not sold out totally. The community will be adding additional sections as each section is sold out. I think the first section is scheduled for around 400 homes with the total community to have ariund 6,000.

I am certain these are not sold out. The model homes are opening in Feb 24th. The first year may be sold out but they are building over 6000 homes. There other options as well. Huntington Villas in Hunters Ridge in Ormond Beach is a nice option.
