From what we have seen from Latitude and from other somewhat comparable homes we've seen and owned, the HOA fees seem reasonable for the amenities they support. They vary according to home purchased.
I believe $155.00 per mknth was the highest. Very very reasonable given all the amenities
You can check on the website or call. The fees are different depending on what you are purchasing (townhouse vs house vs size of house) I couldn't bring my paperwork home as I was flying so I don't have the information.
