How does a manager or Someone in a corporate office respond to the concerns posted ??? Amazing

The managers can take care of things like refunds and things wrong with your visit, they have no control over things like trailer length, animated shorts, how other people act in the theater and so forth.

White people love tho complain.... 🤔🤔

Awhile ago when I was there I wasn't very happy with all of the mistakes that were on the movie board. The times were wrong, so I asked one of the staff there and said I need to speak to the manager. So he came after about 15 minutes and it looked like we woke him up or interrupted his smoking break. Then I started to complain and then he probably was tired of listening to me vent. He gave our money back. So if you can go there and ask to speak to one, because there has to be someone in charge there and if there isn't tell them you won't leave until you get to talk to someone in charge.
