Amazing experience! My car was in good hands as soon as I handed the keys. Thanks for dawn (I believe that’s her name) she greeted me very excitedly and warmly on a 8am Saturday morning, that puckered me up quick! When the inspectors found issues with my car they were happy to take me to it and show me the issue while also explaining and showing why it’s broken and what it should look like when it’s fixed. Will be coming back!

Very professional and friendly staff. I had new tires put on at Mavis and couldn't be happier with the service and price. I recently ran over something in the road that cause a puncture in my back left tire; luckily I could get my car to Mavis to have a tech look it, and they took my car in to inspect almost immediately. I was fortunate enough to only need a repair, but Mavis got me in and out within an hour. Dawn, the front desk receptionist, was so sweet and personable. I will definitely be going back to Mavis after my last minute emergency and the care I received from the team.

Hit a pothole and busted a tire, so I needed a new one ASAP! They were able to squeeze me in right away, replaced the flat tire and checked the alignment to make sure nothing else was thrown off. They definitely were lifesavers in this situation! All the staff were so helpful and the woman working the front desk was one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. I will definitely come back in the future!!

Great experience with Mavis today. They fit me when I gave a last minute phone call in the afternoon and had my oil changed within an hour or two when I didn’t even have an appointment. Also, Dawn has impeccable customer service skills and is a great asset for a business with a front counter check-in! Very pleasant and hospitable.
