Sour beers can be hard to come by, but here at Hermit Thrush Brewing… they are ALL sour and they are ALL amazing! The energy here is accommodating and uplifting, making any flight combination of their MANY drafts a great time. Menu here is limited to only nuts, but they do allow outside food to be brought in (BYOF). They also have a wide selection of cans available for to go purchases!

This is a great place to stop by.. but make sure you like your sour beers! To be honest I'm not a fan but I had 2 and they were lovely. The bar tender was informative and helpful and had great personality and knowledge. I would say this is a must try you could change your perception of sours.. I know I did 😊

Full disclosure, I'm not a big fan of sours and that's all they serve. Helpful and friendly bartenders. Really helped for someone not that into sours. They were great guides for a novice to find an enjoyable flavor profile. There's a location with outdoor seating, and one next door with indoor seating. (Same bar)

Fantastic brewery - great beers, lovely location, tap room inside plus outdoor seating. Yes, they’re all sours but they’re all so different and delicious! Highly recommend the beer slushees too.
