Why did I have to wait 45 minutes for my food that was cold and my order was short spent 18 dollars and got ripped off worst service ever !!!!! Ill go to McDonald's for now on rude service very unhappy

They give you a survey to do on the reciept and a phone number to call. Corporate would be a good place to start with an issue such as bad service.

Never waited that long there had my orders wrong but a call to the store they fix them right away. Burger King and McDonald's are another story long waits even late night at McDonald's and Burger King closes earlier then advertised.
