They give you a survey to do on the reciept and a phone number to call. Corporate would be a good place to start with an issue such as bad service.
Never waited that long there had my orders wrong but a call to the store they fix them right away. Burger King and McDonald's are another story long waits even late night at McDonald's and Burger King closes earlier then advertised.
