Not positive It's my parents site I no it's 1600$ well 16 and change and I do think u have to atleast pay for 6 months even if you are not there for that amount of time reason Bing that holds your site so u can do landscaping ect it may actually be more and storage no clue I do no that it's always full and people don't leave it's beautiful there hopefully that helps answer some of your questions

6 months is the longest you can do. Rates vary depending on the site you choose.
No full time units of any kind are allowed and the park doesn't offer rentals of any kind. RV can be on sites rented as annuals but max stays are 6 months total per year.

Not really. It sells a few lures, and the bait I saw was trout eggs like you would use up north.
